The KP300 column lift is designed to safely lift and lower heavy loads. In the pharmaceutical industry, it is used for lifting and positioning drums, containers or process modules over process machinery such as pill machines, capsule machines, compactors or packaging lines such as blister machines.
Technical specification
max load | max. 600 kg |
column height | max. 4000 mm |
column rotation | max 270o |
weight | 850 kg |
connection details | 400 VAC, 3 phases, 50Hz |
Advantages:
- precise positioning during lifting and lowering as well as during automatic rotation,
- mechanical brake of drives preventing uncontrolled change of position,
- no hydraulic drives, and thus no risk of oil leakage,
- all drives are controlled by inverters, which allows for gentle arm movements in both axes and precise speed control,
- compact design made of stainless steel,
- electromechanical drive based on a double lifting chain.
Principle of operation
- Vertical movement is carried out in a rigid column with welded guides adapted to high loads.
- The engine is installed in the lower part of the lift and the drive is transferred via double chains.
- The system is equipped with an engine brake.
- Precise positioning is ensured by limit switches with the possibility of fine adjustment.
- The rotation of the lift can be done manually by means of a lever or automatically by means of an electromechanical drive.
