The FUTORQUE X1 tablet press is a machine designed for research in technological departments and enables the production of small production series.
The machine has been designed and manufactured in full compliance with cGMP regulations, with smooth surfaces, easy-to-disassemble housings and components. This disassembly requires no tools, reducing cleaning time and increasing the overall availability of the tablet press with the highest productivity.

The elegant and clean form of the Futorque X-1, with its streamlined shapes, is a combination of white polymer and stainless steel elements. The new visual standard proposed by us was noticed by the jury of the Red Dot Awards Product Design 2015, which in April 2015 awarded a prestigious award to our product.
All rotor surfaces have a technical hard chrome coating as standard. The surface of the die table may optionally be coated with a chromium nitride.
Intuitive software
Intuitive control software using multigests ensures easy and intuitive operation. Managing recipes, series and easy export of reports to pdf, csv files.
Drive
The efficient servo motor with planetary gearing provides high torques even at low speeds and offers a wide range of operating speeds.
Lubrication: The standard automatic lubrication system lubricates the upper and lower punches. Both independent cycles are regulated from the control panel.
Availability
The lower section of the machine, separated from the upper process section, containing the main drive and compression station, is closed with stainless steel shields. The top covers are made of multi-layer plexiglass with an easily removable silicone gasket.
Optimum accessibility ensures quick assembly and disassembly of punches and dies, replacement of the format and filling cams. Maintenance-free compression rollers are mounted on sealed roller bearings. The Futorque X1 is equipped with an automatic filling cam identification system.
The machine has a modern user interface based on a multi-touch panel with a diagonal of 18.5 ”.
Tablet weight regulation
The powder dosing station is driven by a servo motor, which allows dosing accuracy up to 0.01 mm.
The “Automatic Weight Adjustment” function regulates powder dosing based on a set constant main compression force. Warning and stop limits can be set on the touch panel.
