Building of the new headquarters has started

We are pleased to announce that at the beginning of August this year. construction works related to the creation of a new headquarters of our company have started. As part of this investment, we are implementing a modern production hall with a usable area of 2,500 square meters, with 550 square meters of office and social rooms and the necessary external infrastructure. The investment is being built in Łubna, at Bażantow street, right on the Piaseczno – Góra Kalwaria route. The production part will be constructed on the basis of a prefabricated concrete structure, while the facade of the office part will be made of fiber-cement panels in a ventilated façade system. Completion of construction works is scheduled for June 2022.
The general contractor of the investment is W.P.I.P. a dynamically developing family business from Poznań, dealing with the design and general contracting of building structures, including smart building. The company’s portfolio includes: production plants, warehouses, distribution, commercial, logistic centers, cold stores, laboratories and office buildings. So far, it has built over 300 facilities with an area of over 1,200,000 sq m.
